Electric Energy Conservation in Ruland City

With an unstable economy and high energy prices to balance, everyone is looking for ways to cut costs. The Rutland Herald recently reported on ways that Rutland City's Department of Public Works is looking to save money. Their potential strategies include collecting revenue for participating in a program to take the sewer plan off the grid in an energy emergency, and using new technology to make energy out of captured biogas.
